Fair Credit Billing Act:

“We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.”

Security Practices

We implement several security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for the exchange of personal and payment information.  When placing an order, you will notice solid key or lock in the lower left-hand corner of your window to indicate security encryption has taken place. Security measures are strictly maintained by our payment/authorization gateway provider.  This means you can safely enter your entire credit card number when prompted by our online purchasing system, and it cannot be read in transit.  Customer personal information is stored behind secured networks and can only be accessed by a very limited number of employees who have special access to secured information.
